Refund & Exchange Policy – Dooo


At Dooo, we want you to love every pair of socks and every cover-up you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

Returns
• We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, socks and cover-ups that have been tried on or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
• To start a return, please contact us at our FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM pages with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges
• We offer size and color exchanges for the same product within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we can issue a store credit or refund.

Refunds
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Return

2. Securely pack your item in its original packaging.
